Description

Bermuda, the honeymooner's favorite spot, has a semi-tropical climate which divides the island into two seasons--"Golf and Spa" and "Beach and Sizzle." With beaches that look like a picture right off a postcard and a bounty of caves and coves to explore, Bermuda is the perfect balance of excitement and relaxation. You can swim with the dolphins, golf with a view of the ocean, lounge at a spa, eat at one of the 150+ restaurants, or drink some of the island's home brewed rum. And the locals, highly influenced by Britain and Africa, are the friendly touch on this superb vacation spot.

I've been to Bermuda twice. Second time hired a cab and told him we had 3 hours and wanted a private tour. It was fantastic! He talked the whole time, and we learned so much. Not the canned touristy stuff. Would love to do it again

The island is small and quaint. Perfect place to jump on a moped, enjoy the warm waters and then top it off with a Rum Swizzle (at the Swizzle Inn, of course.) Snorkling and deep sea fishing is amazing. Only downside; can be a bit pricey, but worth it.

Bermuda is a beautiful island. September and October are the best months to go as the weather is perfect and it's not crowded! It's not much of a winter destination because it's much cooler than the Caribbean, but in the summer it's perfect!
